• We often ship packages same day depending on when the order is placed; however, we do ask for 1-3 business hours to process your order Monday through Sunday.
• All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Regular Priced Merchandise RETURNS

You can receive a full refund within 14 days from the shipping date or merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Intimates  - All intimates sales are final sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards either

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and order number.

When shipping to return a product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
